The property is in the village of Fishlake on the outskirts of Doncaster with local amenities nearby including a pub, café, beauty salon, hairdresser and luxury health spa.
It is also close to motorway networks and a short drive to Doncaster town and attractions such as Doncaster Racecourse and Yorkshire Wildlife Park.
